Alex Smythe and Jeff Hulett, longtime friends and soccer teammates, have supported each other creatively for years. Jeff, a musician, and Alex, a photographer, have recently embarked on a new project: combining their artistic processes. This project was jump started originally, when Jeff asked Alex to create a music video for one of his songs. Inspired by their individual creative methods, they've developed a "photographic musical call and response." Alex photographs items based on Jeff's songs, while Jeff writes songs inspired by Alex's photos.Their goal is to create an immersive art show with a silent disco atmosphere. Viewers will experience a series of 10 songs and accompanying photographs, each set designed to evoke a specific mood or theme.
